Staying hydrated in the summer

Whilst ice cream is a good naughty food, on other days, we want to stay refreshed and yes, hydrated without worrying about the added sugar and the waist line. 



This juice bar is probably your healthy and tasty option to drinking up. Loaded with fruity goodness, your drinks are definitely guilt-free. Well, unless you asked for the smoothies and if you define smoothy as rather naughty... 




We ordered Colada Feeling and Yoga Relax. Whilst both drinks were refreshing, they certainly came with a price tag - a good 10.00 € for our order. Quite pricey to stay hydrated, we think. And the colada was almost a liquid meal. It was good but rather filling - drink it before a meal if you are part of the "Waistline Watchers Anonymous".
